Responsibilities:u25cf Own the full cycle recruiting process for Hardware, Software, & Data Engineering teams at Birdincluding sourcing, interviewing & closing candidatesu25cf Develop a structured interview process for each role, to ensure that we are measuring the mostrelevant skills in a consistent way across all candidatesu25cf Work in partnership with an HRBP to determine headcount, priority & profile alignment.u25cf Own a debrief process post interview to align hiring teams on hiring decisionsu25cf Navigate candidates & managers through a complex compensation program that includesunderstanding equity value & mechanics in a high growth environmentu25cf Communicate effectively with the interview team to optimize the experience of the manager &interview teamu25cf Partner with a coordination team to optimize the candidate scheduling & on-site experience About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
