All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply, including individuals with disabilities and Protected Veterans The Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Director is responsible for leading enterprise-wide programs and processes to advance the ID&E strategy and goals. This position will report to the Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and partner across the groups, divisions, and global regions to execute on company-wide programs such as, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics, Performance Management, and Talent Review & Succession Planning programs. This position will work independently to collaborate with others, including but not limited to other internal Organizational Development professionals, HR Business Partners, and Executive and Business Leadership to ensure successful implementation and execution of ID&E initiatives. Education Programs & Resources Execute on the enterprise inclusion, diversity, and equity processes including creation and execution of communications, strategies, division action plans, etc. Partner with the Learning & Development team to develop and maintain resources, training, and communications to support the Group and Division-specific processes and system. Design and implement meaningful resources that support HR in effectively implementing the process and creating a culture of conscious inclusion. Support and lead as requested programs through reporting and analytics, system management, action plan development, material preparations, identified follow-up activities following review meetings, etc. Lead partnerships with HBCUs, HACUs, Hiring Our Heroes and other external professional organizations in partnership with Talent Acquisition Serve as subject matter expert to develop, lead, and facilitate training and presentations at all levels on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and other inclusion topics. Employee Resource Groups Provide effective support, guidance, and oversight to ERGs and their leadership teams, ensuring alignment and integration of ERG action plans, budgets and programming with business goals. Lead ERG operations including on-boarding, training, annual action planning, guidelines and templates; oversee strategy and work to ensure consistent execution. Develop and monitor ERG performance metrics and leveraging data analytics to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to drive business outcomes. Serve as ERG ambassador to key stakeholders promoting the ERG value proposition to better engage with current and future employees. Project Management Provide project management leadership and use tools/processes for defining project objectives, key stakeholders, timeline and major milestones and tasks, as well as prioritization of project in relation to others. Lead research efforts to benchmark with external and internal stakeholders to understand inclusion, diversity, and organizational culture trends and best practices. Provide leadership in special projects including validation, implementation, and maintenance of all associated resources. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of process documentation. Proactively troubleshoot potential issues and recommends solutions Serve as a representative and/or lead on assigned project teams. Consult with all levels of the organization to accurately gather all data as it relates to HR processes POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor’s degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or Business Management KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 5-10 years of retail sales. human resources. or learning & development experience 3-5 years of experience leading special projects, ERGs, talent management programs, or organizational development projects Proven project management skills with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of process improvement, developing communications and resources, and change management Superior consulting, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to adapt style to all levels of management and employees Experience leading meetings and giving presentations to large and small audiences through multiple channels (i.e. virtual and in-person presentations). Experience in working with/building relationships with multiple levels, groups, and/or matrix organizations and partnering on projects across different functions and with a variety of team members Ability to work independently and effectively in ambiguous situations Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards Ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, diplomacy, and good interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations Must enjoy challenging and thought-provoking work and have a strong desire to learn Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship building, and influencing skills with colleagues across all levels.
