Downtown Cleveland professional services company is seeking a Payroll Analyst
to prepare payroll analyses, monitor benefits accounting and process the organization’s payroll.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in preparation of payroll processing including salaries, overtime, benefits, garnishments, taxes and other deductions.
Assist in processing pension contribution changes.
Prepare monthly payments to benefit companies and reconcile billing.
Assist with annual pension audit.
Prepare ad hoc payroll reporting and analysis as needed.
Prepare analyses related to payroll transactions, employee demographics and insurance data.
2 years of processing payroll in an HRIS/Payroll system along with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent work experience is required. Experience with ADP Workforce is preferred.
