JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager to collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and Payroll business partners to align HRIS technology solutions with business strategies. Responsibilities include managing and developing the HRIS Business Analysts; supporting moderate to complex HR processes; serving as a project team member; collecting and analyzing business requirements; performing configurations and integrations in a SAAS environment; participating in planning sessions with HR and Payroll business partners to create and implement process improvement within the HRIS ecosystem; managing vendor relationships for updates, enhancements, new functionality, etc.; managing the relationship between HR and IT support; managing the system budget; creating, modifying, maintaining and delivering training on the system; creating and editing configurations and integrations to support HR business processes; assessing HR business partner needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting and managing changes) to assist in identifying HR business priorities; supporting feasibility studies and implementing HR business solutions; developing, writing and communicating HRIS business requirements for the implementation of HRIS business solutions; procuring technical assistance to help in problem resolution; assisting in developing user test cases and validating test results during user acceptance testing; providing support for HRIS application issues; providing accurate time estimates to support system changes; developing operational metrics to understand performance and to ensure success in process improvements; ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS ecosystem.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required

*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent *5 years' experience in HRIS or Business Systems (i.e. SAP Financials, etc.) *5 years' experience providing technical and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success *5 years' experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering, with strong emphasis on communication with business partners *Strong project management and organizational skills *Experience leading, managing and developing a team
