Recruiting Coordinator

Profile

What you’ll do:
Provide support to the Resprop Talent Acquisition team,
interact and effectively communicate with hiring managers, interviewers and candidates
Help to develop job descriptions, edit content and take job requisitions live on various job boards.
Scheduling phone, virtual, and onsite interviews ensuring conference rooms are booked, set up for onsites, and organizing onsite interview activities.
Managing the post offer acceptance process in conjunction with HR through the onboarding process.
Monitor and respond to recruiting emails, escalating any issues as deemed necessary
Provide timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail
Identify and recommend improvements in process affecting recruitment/onboarding.
Participate in organizing recruiting events and running planned events.
Who you are:
Experience working with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking system preferred.
Proactive person who can think steps ahead and predict the needs of candidates and hiring leaders.
A collaborator who works well in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and likes to work with leading edge tools and technologies to get work done across multiple teams.
Outgoing and energetic personality as someone who likes to serve others and make a difference at work and outside of work.
High degree of confidentiality and the ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change quickly.
