Reporting into the Human Resources People Analytics function, we are looking for someone with broad experience in HCM systems, who understands HR processes, systems and technology that support those processes and who can translate the HR IT vision to internal and external stakeholders, partners and vendors.
Responsibilities for the position include:
Defining technical specifications and project management
: Partner with HR project sponsors, stakeholders, and internal project teams to define and evaluate technical and business project requirements, drive the definition of project scope, outcomes and timelines, work with technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into solutions, and develop and execute on implementation plans.
HR process enablement:
Build relationships with HR Business Partners/ HR function leaders to analyze processes and systems ensuring alignment with business requirements with a lens of automation and simplified user experience.
Business Liaison
: Serve as the primary point of contact and responsible party for resolving data integrity issues, driving business process improvements, and implementing new or revised process or system changes, while working collaboratively across the business to solution problems and ensure high quality service delivery.
Vendor management
: Collaborate with vendors staying up to date on product roadmaps impacting design and development changes, upgrades to systems, maintenance, user adoption/utilization, contract renewal, service tickets and escalation of issues.
Communication:
Ongoing and transparent communication keeping all internal and external partners appraised of project and objective status, issues, and resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications that will help ensure your success in this role:
Experience in similar roles that demonstrate your ability to deliver on project requirements and develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the company and with external vendors is required
Knowledge of HCM systems across multiple modules (SAP preferred) is required
5 years of experience as a leader in a technology implementation role, product management role, or as a technical consultant, with responsibility for managing cross functional teams on large scale global projects preferred.
Requires demonstrated presentation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage complex issues to resolution through successful collaboration and timing decision-making
Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience
This position is located in Austin, TX
This is a hybrid position and will follow a 2 day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate before beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
