Requirements:



• A four-year degree



• At least eight years Human Resources experience inclusive of HRBP level work.



• Industry background preferred: banking, financial services, or fin tech.



• Your work experience includes OD initiatives.



• You are an innovative collaborator who understands how to translate business challenges to HR needs of the organization and you like using data as part of your decision making.





Responsibilities:



• You will be an internal consultant to senior management, while being an employee champion and change agent



• You will be a strategic business consultant and partner to all levels of the organization.



• Implement change management initiatives to advance organizational performance within a global matrixed environment



• Design and implement targeted solutions to focus on growth including organization design, performance management, talent management, and team building.



• You provide leadership and direction for core HR processes including employee engagement, employee relations, career, and leadership development.



• You will be responsible for talent management, career development and succession planning for specific client groups



• You analyze trends and metrics - in partnership with Corporate HR to develop solutions programs and policies



• You address complex employee relations matters



• Provide coaching and conflict resolution supporting managers on communicating performance feedback



• You will lead the annual performance reviews and compensation for your client groups
