Payroll Analyst - LOA Team

Profile

We are seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst for a very important client.

Job Duties:

Generate and analyze Leave of Absence reports daily
Calculate leave of absence payments according to state, local and company requirements
Organize payments to employees for a variety of leaves types in a timely manner
Trouble shoot errors / issues with payments made to employees
Navigate in Workday, eTime and ADP PayForce software systems
Interact with employees, managers and administrators in a professional manner
Requirement:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Payroll and/or Human Resources
Knowledge of wage and hours laws associated with leave of absences
Excellent Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Experience in maintaining confidentiality and working in a deadline driven environment
Excellent verbal skills / ability to discuss pay issues with employees
Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Workday, eTime and/or ADP PayForce
