The Colleague Experience Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources and partners with the hotel management team to align our culture and talent with Hyatt’s purpose of caring for others so they can be their best and our values: Respect, Integrity, Humility, Creativity, Empathy and Fun. Their primary focus involves supporting the recruiting and on-boarding experience for new colleagues. The ideal candidate aspires to grow with Hyatt hotels and the Human Resources Field Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Support Area Recruiting Managers and Hiring Managers during the selection, hiring and onboarding process · Manage internal transfers and promotions · Update and manage accurate job descriptions · Manage background, I9 verification (E-verify) process · Create and manage property specific job fairs · Manage taskforce team onboarding · Work with leaders to strengthen talent pipeline · Help deliver an inspirational on-boarding experience for new colleagues · Coordinate new hire paperwork and processes related to ensuring a new hire is set up for success.
