POSITION SUMMARY:Assist Shanghai HR Operation team to maintain an efficient and effective recruitment progress and HR operation tasks. Contribute to yearly campus recruitment initiatives and maintain high staff engagement.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:10% Recruitment Needs· Understand/Consolidate recruitment needs from each department and get validation from Senior Manager, HR, PVH China· Work closely with department managers to ensure the accuracy of job requirement regarding job responsibility and profile30% Recruitment Process Management & Vendor Management· Work closely with all department heads throughout hiring process for both CALVIN KLEIN and Tommy Hilfiger Brands· Filter, screen and conduct interviews with selected candidates· Manage overall recruitment process, including offline and online· Maintain well documented recruitment records· Propose efficient recruitment channels according to position and ensure work efficiency· Keep good relationship with vendors, external clients & local government· Develop and build internal and external network of recruiting sources to support recruiting activities20% Initial, organize yearly campus recruitment activities· Search universities with majors match with company needs· Establish good relationship with universities· Organize campus recruitment plan, and attend related recruitment fairs· Conduct face to face interviews· Arrange “MT store experience” program15% Business Partner for China Office· Answering varied HR related staffs inquires· Involve in staff relations projects· Involve in Performance Management· Handling ER Cases15% Staff Activities and Regional Projects· Organize & Coordinate varied staff activities with related teams· Participate/ Lead Ad-hoc projects initialed by Regional Office10% Reporting· Prepare monthly/ quarterly recruitment and other related reportsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:· At least 4 years hands-on experience in either recruitment/BP field, preferably in fashion apparel/FMCG industry, specialized in Recruitment/BP fields.Skills:· Strong project and time management skills; ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple countries and business units; timely follow up with countries to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.· Influential and effective communicator· English communication skills, both written and verbal· Self-motivated, can work under fast pace with pressure· Highly responsible, and attention to details· Initial thinker: Always strike to innovate and excel existing practiceEducation: Bachelor degree holders,datePosted:2021-02-10T00:00:00.000Z,title:Specialist, Human Resources, PVH China,@context:****Resources} Specialist, Human Resources, PVH China in Shanghai, Shanghai, China | Human Resources at PVH
