Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-FridayEssential Duties:Manage, develop and administer leaves across divisions of NWCMaintain all leave policies, practices and procedures to ensure that they are updated an in compliance with federal, state and local lawsDetermine FMLA, WAPFML, HRC and all applicable leave eligibility per federal, state, local and company guidelinesPartner with leadership to develop and maintain divisional compensation structures including annual compensation planning policyObtain and analyze market data to ensure the competitiveness of total rewards programs and make recommendations, as neededResearch program design and industry best practices to guide development of compensation strategy, policies, plans and programs Requirements:5-7 years of Leaves experience,u00A0including hands-on administration2 years of compensation experienceBachelor's degree in a related field, previousu00A0experience in benefits administration and SPHR, oru00A0PHRu00A0designation is preferredCurrent knowledge of State and Federal laws andu00A0regulations pertaining to leaves and wage requirementsDemonstrated capability to train, mentor, and develop others**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is committed to offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
