What is the role?
Country Recruiter will be accountable for single-point delivery in Shell South Africa for Integrated Resourcing (Internal Resourcing, External Recruitment, and Contingent Workforce resourcing). She/he will manage delivery of sourcing, assessing and securing great talent for Shell, with a focus on Graduate Trainees, Experienced Professionals, Contingent Workforce and for market positioning of Shell in South Africa.
What will you do?
Develop trusted, credible relationships with business leaders and partners to understand business strategy, priorities, roles and talent needs both in the short and longer-term; Manage the successful recruitment of internal and external hires for South Africa, partnering with the global sourcing hub to determine the right sourcing strategy to identifying strong-fit candidates; Build a continuous, collaborative delivery partnership with key global resourcing teams; including sourcing, operations and marketing.
Establish connect between talent needs in South Africa with overall South Africa Talent Agenda and Integrated Resourcing (IR) Resourcing Strategy
Demonstrate total workforce mindset: Internal resourcing, External recruitment, and Contingent workforce - anchored on approved business plan, country approved Headcount for each operating period, and country HR and Integrated Resourcing functional plans.
Accountable for Customer (Hiring Managers and Candidates) satisfaction through focus on effective business partnering, stakeholder management
Effectively communication and reporting, disciplined delivery, speed, quality, cost efficiency, and productivity – while constantly upholding the HR Operating Model and sustaining the integrity of the resourcing process, including Ethics and Compliance and Safety standards
Be the key engagement point for Candidates, considering their individual needs and be an ambassador for Shell and the EVP
Ensure timely, accurate ‘First time right’ tracking and recording of information in the recruiting systems for positions and candidates
Coach and guide hiring managers on resourcing processes to ensure full understanding of responsibilities and timeframe commitments and hold professional Job Brief meetings

Requirements:
What do we need from you?
Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience working across multiple portfolios
Outstanding communication, clear oral and written skills & active listening skills
Proven deep client management expertise, including ability to partner and influence effectively at all levels.
Experience of applicant tracking systems, use of Workday will be an advantage
Experience working in a matrix organization, diverse team and virtual will be an added advantage
