What We’re Looking For:
The primary goal of this position is to attract passive candidates, generate fully functional talent pipelines, and manage candidates effectively through the resourcing process to support the growth of the short course business.
This person will provide full life cycle recruiting services as well as consultation in the areas of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention and change management to our University Partners globally for degree programs and short courses.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Direct sourcing/recruiting academic talent using LinkedIn, our Applicant Tracking System, affinity groups, and other web sources
Build searchable pipelines and extensive candidate lists for our University Partners and collaborating on search strategies
Assist with the creation of candidate profiles, job descriptions, and postings
Develop relationships of trust and reliance with internal stakeholders and University Partners
Schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates and University Partner Administrators
Work with web-based applicant tracking systems, online survey tools, and other analytical tools. (Salesforce, Survey Monkey, Constant Contact)
Collaborate with 2U departments and relevant internal and external stakeholders on recruitment efforts and strategies
Create and run weekly, monthly and quarterly Recruiting, Operations and Metrics reports relating to faculty recruiting trends using the Applicant Tracking Systems
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in HR, Business, Communications or Social Sciences preferred
1-2 years of sales experience
2-3 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting/sourcing for a variety of positions highly desirable
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service background
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and reporting tools
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
