The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team at PVH by working closely with the recruiters to provide support on scheduling and facilitating, and managing job requisitions in the applicant system, Workday. The TA Coordinator also supports the team’s operational work, ensuring that the recruiting process is run as consistently and efficiently as possible.
In providing this support, the TA Coordinator will interact with candidates/applicants, CK recruiters, hiring managers, executives and executive admins, in addition to other areas of the business and Human Resources as needed. This person must be highly organized, detailed, and meticulous. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is able to manage a high volume of requests and projects without sacrificing quality.
