Provide training and decision-making tools to management and HR partners. Track and evaluate annual market adjustments. Document and communicate updates as jobs are added and midpoints adjusted. Provide Semiannual analysis of midpoint alignment to market including modeling range and span modifications.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eYou can provide job evaluations for new and existing jobs to maintain internal/external pay equity. Collaborate with HR, Recruiting and line managers to define, level, market price and title new and revised jobs. Prepare plant transition job mapping to NAES job classification system.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eYou can provide organizational and group market and equity analysis and reports as requested by line management and to support request for mergers and acquisition projects.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eYou know how to maintain the integrity of all job classification elements through careful management of the HRIS Job Business Rules including: Jobs, Job Group, Job Families, Salary Differential and Salary Grades.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eYou can collaborate with Business Units to maintain and update the library of job descriptions for both Corp, subsidiaries and Plant jobs. Maintain an audit of existing job descriptions and manage the update of the description on a rotating basis to keep them current.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eYou can administer the annual Corporate, Plant and subsidiaries Merit and Bonus planning process. Collaborate with HR, HRIS and Managers to determine schedule, budgets, bonus targets, training and process. Configure and administrate the online planning tools. Provide training and live technical support and troubleshooting to the online program users and HR Partners. Provide summary reports for executive review and final authorization. Process all documentation, letters and audit postings for accuracy.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eYou can manage the library of NAES salary and merit budget surveys. Annually review selections of surveys and provide a budget for senior management approval. Complete annual input to all surveys.
