It serves adults who have a history of serious and persistent mental illness with repeated hospitalizations.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eFull-Time; AM Shift;u0026nbsp;Monday - Fridayu0026nbsp;u0026nbsp;u0026nbsp;u003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003ePOSITION SUMMARYu003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eThe Staffing Coordinator develops the staffing schedule for the nursing staff, performs a variety of clerical tasks, and provides support to the Director of Nursing Services and the Administrative Assistant.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSu003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholdersu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Performs tasks correctly and according to policies and proceduresu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Performs general office duties that include:u003cbr /u003eo Responsible for developing the staffing schedule for the nursing staff, updating it at appropriate intervals, and submitting it to the Assistant Director of Nursing for approvalu003cbr /u003eo Develops and maintains an up-to-date list of on-call personnelu003cbr /u003eo Duplicating, collating and organizing reportsu003cbr /u003eo Ordering and distributing supplies and advising the Director of Nursing when supplies need to be reordered as assignedu003cbr /u003eo Processing all outgoing mail and distributing the incoming mail, as assignedu003cbr /u003eo Serving as backup to the Receptionist during breaks and leave timeu003cbr /u003eo Typing letters and other correspondenceu003cbr /u003eo Taking minutes of meetings, typing and distributing the minutes, as assignedu003cbr /u003eo Uses telephone etiquette at all timesu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Performs members served related duties that include:u003cbr /u003eo Filing and faxing documentsu003cbr /u003eo Assisting members served in banking, including check endorsements from members served, as assignedu003cbr /u003eo Assisting members served in signing in/out for passesu003cbr /u003eDuties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eQUALIFICATIONSu003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003eRequired: u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; One (1) year general office experience is requiredu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent is also required u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Must be at least 18 years of ageu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
