ALLDATA is looking for an energetic and seasoned Technical Corporate Recruiter for a LIMITED TERM-FULL TIME assignment of 14 – 18 months. This is a non-benefited position. While local candidates are preferred, qualified remote candidates will be considered. Position Summary Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for ALLDATA, maintaining executive partnerships, reporting/analysis, and training other HR team members within area of expertise. Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned Perform IT, technical, sales, and customer support full-cycle recruiting (heavy on the IT side). Source active and passive candidate through employee referrals, networking and social media, internal databases, contact lists and research. Consultative recruiting approach and excellent ability to build trust with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors Excellent technical recruiting knowledge and ability identify the best fit for the roles Outstanding phone and in person interview techniques and process Generate applicant flow, including developing and maintaining internal recruiting efforts and tracking methods for all activities. Maintain applicant records within applicant tracking system and conducts pre-hire evaluations, including employment references and background checks. Develop and maintain relationships with outside recruiting resources such as state agencies, employment organizations, colleges and universities, etc., as well as develop new and effective recruiting sources. Conduct pre-screening interviews on potential candidates for all positions; i.e., external applicants and internal job-posting candidates. Conduct recruitment strategy meetings and maintain positive working relationships with hiring managers to ensure satisfaction with candidates and hiring decisions. Partner with the department Director to enhance and implement improved, proactive and effective recruiting practices This position has no direct reports. This is a LIMITED TERM-FULL TIME assignment for 14-18 months. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent 7 plus years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment Proficiency with Internet recruiting tools and applicant screening and tracking systems, MS Office applications. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and work effectively with all levels of the organization. Excellent time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a deadline intensive environment. Experience in the use of various online recruitment search engines preferred. Ability to handle multiple assignments with varying due dates and priorities, and exhibit exceptional levels of personal productivity. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
