Job Summary
Exciting opportunity to influence company-wide communications, largely focused on HR related topics, but also occasionally supporting our Legal, Strategic Development and Finance organizations. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and consistency through our team by managing the day-to-day execution of the HR Communications editorial channels and processes. You will also help deliver communications strategies that support key HR and business objectives, long-term goals, and projects. As a key contributor to the team, you will be responsible for integrating executional excellence and best practices into the way we work every day. This person will be expected to work with the team across multiple initiatives, HR customers and stakeholders, and projects. This includes understanding and utilizing existing content strategies, applying applicable style and brand guidelines, and working in a CMS (content management system) to help deliver effective communication tactics such as posting intranet articles, email communications, talking points, script writing, etc. This role reports directly to the Director, HR Communications and is an individual contributor role but may have more of a leadership role on select projects.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and partnerships for the HR Communications team, including editorial content, calendar planning, and tactical activity execution.
Support the establishment and management of editorial best practices to deliver timely and effective messaging, using a high impact writing style and format.
Work closely with subject matter experts and communications leads across the team to ensure messaging is consistent with the broader editorial content strategy.
Write and develop content to be shared across internal communications channels including but not limited to presentations, scripts, briefing documents, articles, newsletters, messages, and emails.
Manage and execute monthly/quarterly All-Hands Calls across our client groups - sending invitations, working with IT on set-up, ensuring the presentation is ready and speakers are prepared
Support the development and execution of communication action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables.
Creates design elements, including digital signage and key imagery for campaigns, using existing brand guidelines,
Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods to improve how we collaborate and/or how we communicate with end-users.
Adopt team templates, style guides, and other resource materials.
