****Job Description The Director of Human Resources
collaborates with senior business leaders and the HR team on the leadership, execution and advancement of HR initiatives within the Regeneration and Recovery Solutions (FBS)
business line. Major areas of focus include workforce planning, staffing, talent management, employee and labor relations, compensation, and change management. Reports to the CHRO and partners with the COO of the business to provide leadership and support in the direction and implementation of HR strategies, services, policies/processes, programs and projects. Specific responsibilities include:
Ensuring alignment of HR programs and policies with organizational values and goals
Driving systemic change through common tools and processes to build a high-performing organization
Building a culture of responsibility, solidarity, respect, innovation and customer focus
Educating, advising and managing teams on the HR vision, operational strategy and initiatives
Providing coaching and expertise to support staff development
Assessing business situations and proactively designing and integrating solutions
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR processes while establishing accountability for outcomes
Building engaging relationships while establishing credibility, trust and teamwork
Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications/Education/Certifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field
PHR/SPHR/HRMP/HRBP/GPHR certification
10 years of HR experience with increasing responsibility including leading HR teams
Exceptional leadership skills that have been demonstrated by achieving desired results through others, and building effective partnerships through influence and relationship building skills
Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical skills. Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Comprehensive HR business process knowledge, including applicant tracking systems, talent management, change management, benefits, payroll, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, employee and manager self-service experience
Effective project management experience
Successful experience consulting with managers; able to effectively build relationships by establishing trust, credibility and adding value quickly
Travel
Domestic, overnight travel estimated to be 25-30%
