Summary: This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Team Member Relations Specialists in the areas of investigations, case management and case review activities for field and/or corporate investigations, primarily around critical Team Member Relations complaints. The Team Member Relations Lead should be a highly customer centric individual with a bias towards change and the ability to lead their team to success. The Team Member Relations Lead will use data to identify trends in employee relations topics to drive proactive solutions in the business to improve team member engagement, reduce risk and minimize reactive work. The Team Member Relations Lead will facilitate trainings and education to address specific employee relations issues within the business.Responsibilities include: Provide technical assistance, guidance, and direction to their Team Member Relations team in investigative matters Establish and ensure the maintenance of processes to preserve confidential files and recordsConduct case reviews of Team Member Relations investigations for timeliness, thoroughness, and accuracy.Collaborate with Strategic HR Partners on matters related to investigationProvide communication and feedback on trends related to complaints and investigations and provide training and education to ensure the support of company policies and programsManage the team to ensure timeliness, completion, and accuracy of necessary workplace investigations and identify cases to assign for investigation, review/response or referral to the appropriate resourcesRequirements:Education: BA BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Experience: 4-6 years previous HR management experience in an HR business partner environment with experience in employee relations and/or conducting workplace investigations. Equal Employment Opportunity experience a plus. Experience with managing people a plus.Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Outlook. Experience with EA Case Management a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Special Skills: Experience in equal employment opportunity, labor relations, conflict resolution and investigations; proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization; possesses high standards of ethical behavior, confidentiality, professionalism and objectivity; skillful in listening and ascertaining the needs and concerns of people and in communicating information with accuracy and clarity; strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data; ability to handle competing priorities and adapt comfortably to interrupted work flow.Supervisory: Will lead a team of Team Member Relations SpecialistsTravel: Travel requirements will vary and could be as much as 30% based on geography and business need.
