GENERAL SUMMARY:
The HR Training Specialist/Coordinator helps to create an engaging associate experience by supporting training strategies aligned with a variety of corporate initiatives. As a member of the Human Resources team, this associate will be responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of training activities and the administration of training tools and technology, specifically SAP Litmos.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training & Development
• Maintains the virtual training course schedule and overall global calendar for all e-learning and hybrid programs, including required compliance training, taking into account other planned corporate initiatives to ensure for an appropriate cadence of activities
• Partners with the Training & Development Manager to execute the corporate training strategy
• Communicates with key stakeholders and course participants, including HR Business Partners, business leaders, and external facilitators to drive training program outcomes
• Supports management of onsite and virtual classroom logistics, facilitation, communications, internal marketing efforts, course research, feedback and analytics
• Assists in creating training templates, technical support guides, and other supporting resources as needed
• Provides administrative assistance in tracking overall corporate training budget along with vendor contracts, renewals, etc.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for relevant internal Learning Management System (SAP Litmos) and works with HR Tech resource to adopt and utilize new system functionality
• Gathers learning analytics data for corporately sponsored training programs and regularly provides reports to support ongoing refinements to curriculum and course offerings
Systems & Technology
• Administers SAP Litmos activities such as: creating LMS courses, creating/modifying course configurations, running reports, etc.
• Helps develop and revise LMS administration guidelines and procedures
• Provides basic end user support as needed for SAP Litmos
Experience Required:
Required Length & Type of Experience:
• 5-7 years of HR or relevant Organizational Development or Training experience
• 2 years experience in global course administration in LMS technology including initial setup, monitoring of attendance, email communications management, course information updates, and participant data collection.
• Experience with SAP Litmos administration preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent process orientation with a focus on efficiency without losing sight of associate/customer experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of detail orientation
• Technologically savvy; proficiency with a variety of software applications including learning management and presentation software
• Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, create reports, and find solutions to administrative challenges
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while accepting direction on given assignments
