HR Generalist Opportunity with Growing Company!
This HR Generalist / People Advisor role is open to applicants in Boston, New York, or D.C.
Responsibilities:
Coaching, training, and providing sound guidance to leadership on best ways to drive performance management, employee development, and employee engagement matters
Advise managers on optimal delivery for feedback, development conversation, and management of overall performance
Assist in the delivery and coordination of annual activities like performance appraisals, promotions, and salary review process
Conduct exit interviews for mid-level staff
Coordinate overall exit process in collaboration with other departments
Work with colleagues to deliver seamless client services
Connect regularly with peers to refine
consistent
practices and drive quality outcomes
Create and use People Analytics to inform partners on business impacting trends and provide forward-thinking solutions
Lead and support employee wellbeing and contribute towards a healthy culture
Handle ad-hoc projects independently or in a team as part of growth and development
Support and/or drive programs that integrate Equity, Diversity & Inclusion into all aspects of our people strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (in HR, Business, or related field preferred)
4 years as HR Generalist
Adept collaboration skills with a drive to initiate and complete various tasks
Consultative experience within a matrix organization
Strong understanding of policies, practices, employment, and employee relations frameworks
Strong Excel skills
Able to develop strong internal relationships and client relationships in person and virtually across geographies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels
Ability to maintain personal effectiveness particularly during periods of higher-than-normal workload
Ability to remain calm and positively motivated at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet commitments
Have a passion for people - enjoy looking for ways to improve and step up our quality and level of service
Pay:
$72,000 - $79,000
