POSITION PROFILE
The Human Resources Business Partner Manager will serve as a member of the Knoll HR team supporting our Manufacturing Operations team in East Greenville, PA. This associate will act as the Human Resources leader and a liaison to the business on a wide range of activities including but not limited to employee relations, recruiting, compensation, strategic organizational development, leadership coaching and development. This is an onsite hands-on role with direct reports.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution for assigned client groups
Partner with internal talent acquisition team and client leadership to proactively manage recruiting activities, diversity initiatives and recruitment agency relationships; provide guidance on candidate selection and compensation.
Identify and implement solutions for organizational and procedural improvements and efficiencies
Proactively apply knowledge by functioning as a senior business partner and expert in Human Resources processes and people issues.
Proactively deliver value-adding HR programs pertaining to organizational development and talent management.
Participate in ongoing development, communication and implementation of Human Resource concepts, programs and policies to support the strategic initiatives of the business. Coordinate work to ensure best practices with all team members.
Facilitate groups to help them solve problems, build relationships, transfer HR knowledge and achieve business goals. Utilize team training techniques to facilitate positive relationships with supported teams and business partners.
Identify company challenges and opportunities and make recommendations to address issues and to achieve business goals. Monitors organizational health to promote a culture of employee engagement.
Ensure policy and company compliance with applicable federal and state labor laws.
Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
Required Skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to partner with business leaders to design, plan, and execute organizational strategy and change.
Strong understanding of general Human Resource practices including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, compensation, employment law and compliance.
Experience supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain is a plus.
Ability to influence, interact and communicate with people at all organizational levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, concurrent priorities.
Strong analytical skills
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage conflict and create win-win solutions
Experience leading and managing through organizational change
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a related field. Advanced degree desired.
7-10 Years Human Resources Experience, which includes at least 5 years in a senior level individual contributor role.
Management experience is required.
