This person will partner with leaders and colleagues to provide guidance and coaching to elevate and support studios in achieving their strategic goals. and planning activities that foster organizational growth and employee development. They must dig in to understand the business priorities and translate them into action that has direct impact to the firm. Why this role is important to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.:The Senior HR Business Partner is flexible, able to think on their feet, and possesses a strong background supporting multi-state and international offices in project leadership and comprehensive employee relations as well as support our other office. This individual is someone who loves to roll their sleeves up to diagnose a problem, explore solutions, and execute resources and programs that align with our values and our culture. Your New Role:Act as a senior advisor to studio leadership teams across multiple offices (domestic and international; London) on human resources related matters, trends, policies and procedures - with firm culture and policies at the forefront.Act as mentor to HR team to help elevate teams and leadership.Closely partner with HR Director and studio leaders on day-to-day HR matters tied to talent development and employee relations. Lead and own Employee Relations; facilitate complex investigations, craft performance improvement plans and coach studio and firm leadership through difficult conversations to address and resolve employee issues.Cultivate strong relationships to gain the trust of senior leaders and studio members.u00A0 u00A0u00A0Strong PM skills and ability to successfully drive initiatives from concept to project planning, to resource delegation, execution, and rollout strategies.Partner with HR team leadership to support studios with compensation conversations, including salary strategy and planning.Conduct exit interviews and analyze quarterly data, to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.Partner with Talent Development Manager to help successfully drive career development.Partner with HR Director and team to develop and execute innovative HR strategies focused on employee engagement, talent management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.Partner with Senior Recruiter to support studio recruiting initiatives and pipeline building. This includes participation in recruiting strategy and the execution of strategic offer packages and onboarding.What you will need to Succeed:Demonstrated experience in a Professional Services or Startup environment is highly preferred.Excel at building quick credibility and ongoing trust with our leaders and employees.Demonstrated strategic thinking and passion for innovative HR solutions - continually seeks areas for process improvement.Ability to lead employee relations and investigation experience, collaborating with Director of Human Resources with little oversight.Understanding or willingness to learn United Kingdom regulations and laws.Proven effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence at all levels of an organization.Ability to deliver results and operate independently, using sound judgement in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.Ability to prioritize and manage time, acknowledging that often your schedule may be derailed with a critical issue or project.Engaging and effective presentation, negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills.Curious and always seeking opportunities to learn and grow in your role. Additional Accomplishments and Skills that will make you Successful: Bacheloru2019s Degree required in Human Resources Management, Business or related field. 15 years of experience in a progressive HR Business Partner consultative role. Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines. Certification in this role required (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)Experience working with global employees, specifically UK, is highly preferred.
