THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President, Human Resources
(SVP HR) will be the CEO’s people strategic advisor, responsible for developing, leading and driving the execution of the Human Capital strategy and initiatives that support and deliver exceptional results throughout Phoenix Children’s. The successful candidate will be a strategic and visionary leader who is energized by the opportunity to have a significant impact.
The SVP HR will ensure a patient-focused, flexible, results-based and values-driven approach to delivering HR services.  The SVP HR will be widely recognized as a committed, passionate, trustworthy and credible leader throughout the organization, who embraces collaboration, alignment and shared outcomes. He/She will have experience in developing best-in-class HR processes, key performance indicators, and value-added solutions in support of enhancing a high performing, high quality leaders and teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in business, healthcare management or related field
8 years of senior human resources and/or operational leadership in a complex, growth-oriented healthcare system or hospital setting, with physician practice management experience.
