The Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for leading all Talent Acquisition support functions including interfacing with key vendor partners, leveraging technology to deliver key recruitment initiatives, and incorporating the employment value proposition into the Talent Acquisition systems in partnership with Employer Branding.

This position provides an opportunity to develop, build, and execute strategic recruiting programs in partnership with regional, functional, and Brand Talent Acquisition teams to build baseline enterprise capabilities for PVH and group companies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Design, develop & implement talent acquisition solutions that will support the people strategy for the organization
  • Act as a subject matter expert and partner with HR Leadership to develop and lead the implementation of recruiting-related projects and project teams
  • Integrate Talent Acquisition (TA) systems and processes with other key systems for process improvement and efficiencies
  • Develop and manage recruitment reporting to include key operational metrics, trends and analytics
  • Consult with Employer Branding and internal stakeholders to co-design and execute a social media/recruitment marketing strategy based on PVH’s employee value proposition
  • Partner with business leaders such as HR, HRIS, TA, IT to enhance, change and develop new tools and solutions to drive automation
  • Monitors the effectiveness of talent acquisition work streams; communicates insights and recommends actions
  • Manage timelines, driving projects forward and adapting as necessary
  • Ensure users are fully trained and compliant on key talent acquisitions related systems
  • Create documents and streamlines recruitment workflows and processes
  • Develop communications and content that are engaging, inclusive and on brand in partnership with Employer Branding, Communications, and technology teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 5+ years working in Talent Acquisition/ HR experience
  • Experience managing global/cross-functional recruitment projects and or programs
  • Experience working with data, deriving insights, and communicating to ensure audience understanding
  • Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience of recruitment technology including automation and/or integration to wider TA tools i.e. Linked In, Phenom, Workday
  • High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality, and quality of work

Education:  Bachelor’s degree required

Skills:          

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Able to operate in both tactical and strategic
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office suite and talent and learning systems
