8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay:
85k Salaried

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Support Human Resources in planning, implementing, communicating, and administering human resources programs, policies, and practices
Update policies and procedures, forms, and job descriptions
Developing and utilizing information management systems (HR database, spreadsheets, etc.)
Partners with the HR team in the implementation of new benefit programs and the renewal of existing benefit programs
Provides company-wide benefits administration including claims issues, new hire enrollment, mid-year status changes and annual open enrollment
Assists in creating benefits communication, strategies, and materials
Reviews and manages Workers’ Compensation incidents
Develops, improves, and implements sound leave and Workers’ Compensation processes
Job Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
Must have 1 – 2 year of Human Resource Experience including staffing, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, leadership development, training, etc
