Northrop Grumman Corporate Human Resources Organization is seeking candidates for an Organization Effectiveness Consultant position located in Falls Church, VA. This position reports to the Director of Organization Effectiveness.
The Consultant is responsible for planning and facilitating various talent development and change initiatives and processes. This includes a wide variety of talent programs such as leadership effectiveness, culture change and team interventions. The Consultant will collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and enterprise-wide team members to meet project deliverables. S/he will also support project tracking and team execution, drive the communication flow with all constituents to ensure project success and seek out and share best practices for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate must be able to perform a wide array of project tasks independently, drive projects to completion, develop creative solutions, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and handle variable workloads. Excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal and platform skills are required. The ability to operate effectively as part of a dynamic team as well as interface effectively with all levels of management is essential.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Partner with Organization Effectiveness team members and HR teams to implement key talent development and change initiatives for the ES sector and Corporate functions.
Lead special projects in leadership effectiveness and culture change Conduct leadership effectiveness sessions and facilitate team interventions Guide and consult with business leaders and HRBPs to develop talent solutions for organizations and leaders.
Design and deliver training to HR team members on key talent processes and organization specific requirements.
Prepare and provide HR and business leaders with standard and customized talent analytics to identify pipeline gaps/ risks and assess progress on key drivers.
Develop communications and communication & change management plans.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience in HR, Organization Effectiveness or related discipline such as leadership development, change management; 4 years of experience with a master's degree.
Experience facilitating group discussions and gaining consensus/ agreement using a variety of approaches Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing data, interpreting findings, communicating analyses and results, and making sound recommendations based on findings.
Experience designing, developing and delivering training to a variety of audiences.
Proven track record in acting with a thoughtful sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment to create and execute solutions.
Highly proficient in Microsoft office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Masters degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or related field.
Proven experience in HR, Talent Management or Talent Management related discipline such as performance management, personnel assessment and selection (executive or non-executive), recruitment, talent development, leadership and/or executive development; 1 years of experience with Masters Degree.
Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing data, interpreting findings, communicating analyses and results, and making sound recommendations based on findings.
Experience working with a team in a fast paced environment.
Experience supporting logistics for training and/or focus groups.
Highly proficient in Microsoft office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary Range: $83,800.00 - $125,800.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
