We provide training and support as well as phone line, phone, computer and access to the latest and greatest software and reasearch tools.
Requirements: Must be comfortable with establishing relationships OVER THE PHONE
Search consultant is expectations:
Average between 60-70 outbound calls / day
Highly pro-active and internally driven to succeed
Work well independently and in a team environment
Willing to be coached and heed advice
This is a commission based role with an hourly pay rate draw of $12.15 - $14.77 depending on what city you live in.
Salary(draw) jumps to $36k per year after you make your first placement or at the end of the pay period following three months, whichever comes first.
Commisions are uncapped with first year median income of $45k - 60K
Second years earnings can exceed $60k and we have individuals earning in excess of 6 figures.
