The Health Solutions Specialist will serve as an integrated part of the client team on all aspects of day-to-day client delivery. This includes:Proactively build knowledge base for health and welfare benefitsDevelop understanding of basic business and financial conceptsCollaborate with others to get input on identifying and resolving issuesCollect, analyze, and prepare information to facilitate requirements of client requestsAdditionally, you will participate in Aon’s Early Career Development Program which provides critical training, exposure to Aon solutions beyond Health, and networking with your peers across the country.How this opportunity is differentWhat makes Aon different are the people and the culture.
