Maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data management and efficiency
Serve as primary liaison between IT department and HR function
Analyze and report the need for system enhancement or customization
Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality, and workflow
Support the implementation and maintenance of various modules within Perseus and Ceridian’s Dayforce
Determine the validity of other modules within Ceridian’s Dayforce and ensure current modules are being utilized and optimized to the fullest
Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the HRIS and take the lead to implement those changes
Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness
Develop a dashboard of HR metrics to be presented at monthly, quarterly, and annual senior leadership meetings
Develop and generate ad hoc reports to provide HR and other departments with timely and accurate data
Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes and training guides for end-users
Develop a regular audit schedule to review the integrity of data in the HRIS system and databases
Train and provide troubleshooting tips to other employees on features and functionality of HRIS systems and applications as needed

Requirements
3 years in-depth experience maintaining and implementing various HRIS programs
Proficiency with Ceridian’s Dayforce and other HRIS and web-based compensation tools preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, data integration) experience
Experience with complex SQL Queries and Data Transformation Services (DTS)
Extensive HRIS reporting, HR process, and project management experience preferred
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Demonstrated experience and maturity handling confidential and sensitive information
Possess a positive, service oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues
Ability to be detail oriented under tight deadlines with flexibility
