We’re looking for a dynamic Associate to join our HR Business Partner team to provide support across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Successful candidates will have displayed competency in HR fundamentals, effective communication skills, be action-oriented, and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Work directly with multiple HR Business Partners to support the management teams and employees in their assigned business units on all people strategy initiatives.
Help drive completion of work with business leaders and HRBPs in areas such as performance management, organizational design, succession planning, career pathing, etc.
Conduct exit interviews, stay interviews, and actively meet with employees to help identify trends and issues.
Liaise with the HR Centers of Excellence to execute on business needs, such as leave of absence and ADA administration, compensation market analysis, etc.
Work with HR Business Partners to coordinate and support project needs. Assist with pulling customized data for business units on an ad hoc basis.
Provide guidance around best practices, policies, compliance, and HR related issues to managers and employees.
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers and direct them to the appropriate resource(s) for resolution. Manage and resolve ad hoc requests and escalate issues, as necessary.
Collaborate with Employee Relations Specialists and HR Business Partners to provide guidance to employees and/or managers on issues such as performance management, conflict resolution, and claim investigations .
Advocate for our company culture. Ensure culture is the central tenet in the choices we make and the advice HR provides to the company in maintaining a culture of accountability, diversity and inclusion, and trust.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills. You should have the ability to approach each scenario from various perspectives.
Careful judgement around liability and risk scenarios, and escalating accordingly.
A self-starter; proven ability to independently work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal communication, ability to establish strong working relationships, and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with Workday preferred or other HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Suite).
The ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change.
