JOB DUTIES
The HRIS Business Recruiting Analyst will be responsible for providing SAP SuccessFactors configuration and production support for systems related activities; coordinating projects with management, users and vendors; serves as a project leader, with overall responsibility for production implementation; client support includes continual analysis of departmental systems with focus on adding value to all processes; produces training for new processes by performing the following duties.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
*Configure, revise and update applicant tracking system, Career Site Builder, and Job Profile Builder to meet both HR and Recruiting department needs. *Serves as HRIS functional liaison and understands the function of all SuccessFactors HR systems, integrations and how they are used by the end-user *Develop requirements for integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other related software products. *Test functionality, build test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing, and train end users on new and current functionality. *Maintains and supports SuccessFactors system based on operational and regulatory requirements through the review, testing and implementation of upgrades and enhancements. *Determine future needs and communicate to HR and IT to support the business. *Maintain collaborative relationships with the HR, IT and community to ensure & define proper work streams *Support reporting on production, volume, and other talent acquisition metrics. *Maintain and develop deeper proficiency in technology advancements.

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred *In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems. SuccessFactors knowledge preferred. *Hands on configuration experience and daily production support of applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors *Previous experience working in a business analyst capacity, information systems, or related field. *Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing *Skillful in organizing resources and establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
