POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Development, the Learning Program Manager is responsible for leading the project planning and execution of Talent Development programs, projects and initiatives for leadership/people development across North America and support the upskilling and global community engagement for both the HR & Digital (functional) Academies.
The position primary responsibility is managing the execution of programs, learning paths, developmental assessments, associated metrics, Teams Channels, marketing & communications, and initiatives that drive the strategic goals for several business units. The Sr. Specialist will contribute to Talent initiatives with a global reach and includes close collaboration with the Director of Global Functional Academies, global leaders, regional TD partners, HR Business partners, and SMEs to identify essential skills needed to prepare associates for the future of work.
The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company. They will structure solutions that build and enhance the end user experience and place an emphasis on achieving PVH’s strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise.
