​The global Talent Development team believes in a people-first culture. POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Development, the Learning Program Manager is responsible for leading the project planning and execution of Talent Development programs, projects and initiatives for leadership/people development across North America and support the upskilling and global community engagement for both the HR & Digital (functional) Academies.

The position primary responsibility is managing the execution of programs, learning paths, developmental assessments, associated metrics, Teams Channels, marketing & communications, and initiatives that drive the strategic goals for several business units. The Sr. Specialist will contribute to Talent initiatives with a global reach and includes close collaboration with the Director of Global Functional Academies, global leaders, regional TD partners, HR Business partners, and SMEs to identify essential skills needed to prepare associates for the future of work.

The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company. They will structure solutions that build and enhance the end user experience and place an emphasis on achieving PVH’s strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Manage the design, development and execution of the Leadership Academy and the Functional Academies learning support solutions (e.g. Workday Learning Journeys, Hogan/360 Assessments, Ezra coaching, communication campaigns, special interest discussion groups, etc.)
  • Lead project management in support of Sr. Manager and Director, Global Functional Academies in the creation, maintenance, and execution of project documentation, including timelines, communication plans, and measurement strategies
  • Partner with Sr. Manager and Director of Global Functional Academies in the creation, maintenance, and execution of project documentation, including timelines, communication plans, and measurement strategies
  • Facilitate focus groups and/or stakeholder interviews to identify learning and development needs; analyze results and outline customized programs and/or training to address those needs
  • Manage the collection and analysis of data to evaluate effectiveness of solutions/programs, communicate insights, and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement across regions/globe
  • Collaborate with leadership/functional stakeholders in driving engagement with PVH University and a learning culture:
    • Source and select key external partners to deliver engaging content that drive the future skills needed in the industry
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate value of Academies content/programming
    • Use data to educate and facilitate decision making
  • Oversee the logistics of the Leadership/Functional Academy learner experience:
    • Lead logistics, including learner registration, calendar, course selection, facilitator preparation
    • Leverage global learning technologies & communication platforms to draft regional/global communications and campaigns across a variety of channels to drive engagement (new content launch, academy updates, Coursera learning sprint, etc.)
    • Oversee Leadership/Functional Academy inboxes & customer care
  • Create unique, robust and effective learning paths for global talent in support of on-going development
  • Lead Leadership/Functional Teams channels to create community and collaboration across brands/alumni/regions/globe
  • Assist leadership in developing presentations, reports, communications, internal updates, intranet stories/posts, and other materials to keep associates engaged throughout the year
  • Design and curate monthly NA Course Calendar and People Manager Newsflash
  • Partner with key stakeholders to update People Manager Toolkit
  • Develop and maintain various guides, materials and presentations for a variety of audiences (e.g. updates for Director, proposals for Supply leaders, etc.)
  • Perform administration activities on the learning platform and related technologies, including assessment platforms
  • Provide support to the team including invoice processing, updating and maintaining team SharePoint/collaborative site(s) and document management and governance

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:          

  • 3-5 years in L&D, talent management, or talent development
  • Experience working cross-culturally with varied colleagues in global environment
  • Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
  • Experience successfully operating in a matrixed (brands, regions, functions) global work environment
  • Experience managing complex projects and with designing and managing various talent development initiatives.
  • Data analysis, reporting and summarizing data for key stakeholders
  • Developing ILT, vILT, elearning, and microlearning strongly preferred
  • Managing workflows for self and others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in a business function and/or in business operations a plus
  • Experience with LMS and/or learning platform a plus
  • Experience in consulting or advising a plus

Education:  

  • College degree or comparable experience

Travel:        

  • 5-10% travel required to domestic and international PVH offices and to field meetings or offsite events (based on travel policies)

Skills:                   

  • Ability to understand the potential impact of new technologies in retail industry and the business
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Notable influence and Negotiation skills
  • Solid planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to operate in both tactical and strategic
  • Understands program design and instructional design concepts and best practices for talent development; skilled in Easy Generator, Easy Movie, Articulate 360 or similar tools
  • Creation of communications and marketing collateral; skilled in Canva, Poppulo, Social Chourus or similar tools
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in an environment where change is constant
  • Proficient in Survey Monkey or similar survey creation tool
  • Customer service skills (dealing with internal clients and external vendors)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint,  OneNote, Outlook, etc.
