One of the world’s leading banks seeks a seasoned HR generalist for a 1 year maternity coverage opportunity.
[Roles/Responsibilities]
Act as first line of response for any HR queries from internal clients in both infrastructure and front office functions
Work with line managers to insure effective processes for: training & development, employee relations, compensation, performance management.
Work with APAC and the US to deliver new HR programs/strategy efficiently to Japan.
Liaise between recruitment team and line managers
Deliver the highest level of service to clients

2-4 years experience either recruitment or HR generalist
Familiarity with Japanese labor laws
Experience working in a foreign company

Works well under pressure
Great at building relationships
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
