You will internalize and translate business strategy to local people process needs and conditions for feasible and balanced solutions. You will ensure detailed execution of processes to keep the organization passionate about growth. You will be involved in continuous improvement, special projects and assignments to enable the organization to innovate and do better every day. Key Responsibilities


Providing accurate and timely SME response on matters of employee/labour relations to relevant partners,
Managing social partner relationships (unions/works councils) in partnership with the business,
Mentoring local leaders to drive engagement with their teams,
Identifying needs & opportunities in Total Rewards that can drive performance & engagement; collaborating and sharing feedback with Total Rewards teams,
Ensuring delivery of PPG and specific local processes, programs and policies in line with regulatory needs observing compliance,
Guiding local leaders on organizational needs & workforce capabilities relating to skill development, org structure, and staffing needs; connect with Talent team to solve business problems,
Applying data and insights to drive decision-making and proactively solving for trends,
Supporting local leaders in the following areas: career development activities, talent development and successor planning, salary review process and individual salary setting, handling of disciplinary issues, secure that the organization follows local labour law and legislations
Helping local partners in ensuring that they drive and develop people focus in the organization, in relevant interfaces, processes and programs.

','!*!Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or other equivalent field or equivalent work experience,
Minimum 3 years of HR experience. Proficient knowledge of employment/labor laws
Proficiency in speaking and writing both Hungarian language and English,
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient use of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven expertise in implementing and leading organisational change
