Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.
What will I be doing?
As part of the HR Insights & Analytics team, Global Recruitment Insights & Analytics operates as a shared service for all areas of Recruitment, as well as other key partners across the organization. In this role, you will actively support global recruitment teams by developing reports, exporting, and summarizing data and creating dashboards to provide key recruitment insights to leaders. This role will apply an understanding of the end-to-end recruiting cycle and key talent acquisition metrics to help recruiting teams improve processes and leverage insights to better tailor their recruiting strategy to their assigned units.

More specifically, you will:
Create monthly and quarterly recruitment summaries and dashboards to provide insights to global recruitment and business leaders
Maintain a responsive line of communication with global recruitment teams. Attentively listening to others’ data needs and providing accessible analytics, reports, and presentations to better enable recruiting processes.
Support reporting and analytics projects that measure the impact of our HR programs, including workforce planning and DE&I
Translate various raw data sources into relevant visualizations and insights to elevate findings and respond to stakeholder questions using Excel and PowerPoint
Use Excel, PowerPoint, and other visualization tools to craft deliverables that enable effective decisions within HR
Review and organize data to clearly summarize and present takeaways
Actively seek opportunities to continuously improve current reporting processes

Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
One (1) year of professional work experience or internship experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
Two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, data analytics, or another related field
One (1) year of reporting or data analysis experience
