POSITION SUMMARY: 

• Act as Retail HR Business Partner to work with both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger in Shanghai retail.
• Make all retail HR relate reports and do analysis.
• Work as a key member in HRBP team for future new projects/programs in our power plan.
• Take other initiatives and activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

HRBP

• Understand business and work closely with Shanghai retail team, both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure store headcount fulfillment and control.
• Follow up various incentives and ad hoc payout, etc.
• Support HR budget, LTF cost update and retail incentives scheme review.
• Manage retail store employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
• Manage associates data in Workday.
• Work as local support for retail associates in respect to Workday login.
• Support and follow up retail performance appraisal and annual merit plan to ensure all the proposals are feasible.
• Take initiatives to improve employee engagement.
• Manage employee relation properly and ensure compliance.
• Other HRBP tasks to be assigned.

Talent Acquisition

• Maintain partnership with both stakeholders (Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger retail operation team) to identify and meet current and future hiring needs for Shanghai retail headcounts.
• Recruit full time / part time store associates to ensure necessary headcount supply in a timely manner. Meet other flexible employment in stores when necessary.
• Propose efficient recruiting channels and adopt multiple channels to conduct recruitment.
• Manage and periodically evaluate recruitment vendors. Control hiring cost.

Report and Projects

• Provide various monthly and updated YTD/annual reports regarding demographics (Headcount, Attrition, etc.), and other analysis reports to share with business partners.
• Update HR cost and relevant reports.
• Any ad hoc reports or data consolidation.
• Support new projects related to retail, including New POS launch, retail workforce system go-live and others.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• 3-6 years hands-on experience in HR full function or HRBP role, preferably in the retail industry or FMCG industry.
• HR system experience.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report, very good skill in excel.
• Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly.
• A positive team player, independent, detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills; ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance.
• Influential and effective communicator.
• Self-motivated, can work under fast pace with pressure.
• Highly responsible with strong ownership.
• Initial thinker: Always strike to innovate and excel existing practice.
• English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education: 

University graduate, preferable in Business, Human Resources, English or Science related majors.
