**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations and Employee Relations.
Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
Leads a team of approx. 15 individuals, supporting different countries and leaders.
Leads and collaborates in projects focused on improvement of processes, engagement and collaboration with other HR departments
Is responsible for maintaining KPI in the team and searched the ways to increase the efficiency
**Must Haves:**
Advanced English (C1)
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience
Experience in managing operations and process improvements
Experience in setting up processes and KPI
Good people skills: team player, empathic, able to make independent decisions, inspiring others
Great time managemt skills
Data driven
