Job Duties
Assist in clerical support to HR staff; lead records management backlog clearing; assist with internal I-9 audit; creating telework tracking process and other special projects.
Knowldge, Skills and Abilities needed
Knowledge of human resources functional area activities preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
- Experience with MS Office suite and ability to create and maintain excel documents with high rate of accuracy
- Knowledge of records retention schedules for state agencies helpful
- Experience creating labels, filing alphabetically and providing clerical support required
- Experience maintaining records electronically required.
