Addison Group’s client is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in Washington DC! The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This position is currently in-office.
Job Description:
Assist with tracking and implementation of projects
Provide team support to include job postings, scheduling interviews, and reference and background checks
Assist with issues with the HRIS system and time reporting system
Coordinate and direct meetings using digital platforms
Responsible for administrative and human resources reporting
Provide support as needed to other members of the team
Maintain highly confidential records
Process, scan, file, and store information
Manage content in departmental sections of intranet and support internal communication efforts across departments
Prepare payment requests including tracking expenses and submitting payments to Finance
Coordinate team workflows to include payroll, benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
Conduct research on critical topics and functions
Qualifications:
High school diploma is required, preferred bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related area
Two to three years of relevant experience comparable with the responsibilities outlined above
Fluency in written and spoken English; fluency in French is a plus
Ability to coordinate and administer meetings using digital communication platforms applications

Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communications with high attention to detail
