What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a dynamic Benefits Administrator to join the Total Rewards team to provide support with all aspects of the Benefits function.
This position will
assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions, assist in wellness initiatives and employee communication, verify and process all insurance billing and invoices, maintain employee database and files, ensure compliance with required benefit notices, and assist in other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Researches and responds to tier one benefit inquiries through the HR ticketing system
Processes benefit invoices in a timely manner
Calculates and processes one-time payments
Assists with drafting and distributing employee communications
Reviews weekly evidence of insurability decision report and processes changes in Workday
Supports wellness initiatives including scheduling employee webinars and creating calendar invites
Assists with COBRA subsidy calculations, tracking, and vendor notification
Provides support and other administrative duties as assigned
Processes all data requests for employee demographic and benefit changes
Generates and reviews reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
Participates in ongoing Workday product releases and testing
Assists in Annual Benefits Open Enrollment
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1 year of human resources experience preferred
1 year of benefits administration experience preferred
Work/internship experience in a customer service role required
