This role includes aspects of talent development, HRIS strategy, compensation as well as driving overall talent attraction, retention and development strategy for technical talent.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the SVP of Human Capital, this role will manage all talent attraction, retention, and development strategies for technical talent across the company.
This strategic role includes the need to build strong working relationships with senior leadership across the company, gaining consensus and to drive all aspects of a strong employment brand.
As a business partner, this role will partner with our technology services leadership on engaging employee issues. This aspect is incredibly important as our company responds to the dynamic changes occuring due to COVID-19 and the evolving employee value proposition.
This role will lead development and implementation of changes to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to sustain current work and prepare for future growth.
Additionally, this role will include compliance, compensation management and legal issue resolution.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Required Experience: 15 years of progressive human resources experience
Required Clearance: None
Desired Qualifications: Masters Degree or advanced certificates desired.
