Your Opportunity
New Relic is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead business-critical HR projects within the PeopleOps function. As a People Operations Program Manager, you will lead and deliver projects that impact the employee experience and make a lasting impression at New Relic. You have experience scaling organizations, and are passionate about data integrity and process efficiency. You have handled a variety of Human Resources projects to support a global organization and you're always looking for ways to optimize existing or implement new technologies to help improve internal processes.
You are collaborative, adaptable, business-minded and passionate about the potential of leading multiple teams across the company toward achieving a common goal and using your expertise to transform our business. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, People Operations.
Opportunity to work from a remote office may be available depending on the applicant location.
What You'll Do
Partner with HR stakeholders to understand compliance needs, implementing robust processes to address potential risks and improve ease of use, data integrity, reports and analytics
Support the service roadmap and manage service delivery in line with objectives
Lead the implementation and evolution of our global HR Operations shared services (GSS) program incorporating HR best practices
Provide strategic direction on project deliverables, escalation management and resourcing model; ensure cross-regional alignment of resources
Provides operational and administrative support for New Relic's Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Generalists while also partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Legal) to manage and perform operational needs of HR programs and initiatives
Design process and program improvements to address business needs, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction; design and plan the rollout of service changes
Develop subject matter expertise on global operations within the service area; facilitate effective partner discussions
Your Qualifications
Must-have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience working within a People Operations scaled environment
5 years of experience in HR process, policy, and/or program design for service organizations and leading business transformation initiatives with measurable results
Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle processes and optimizing it for efficiencies
Experience of working in a shared services environment specifically development of services, such as process redesign, case management related systems and employee centric design.
Ability to formulate data-driven proposals that drive action
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Excellent communication, change management, leadership, and analytical skills
Experience in client management and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
SHRM, PHR or other HR certification
Working knowledge of G-Suite (including Google Slides, Google Sheets, advanced excel, Word etc.)
Experience with Workday, Asana and case management systems
