Our Global People Culture (P C) Operations team has an immediate opening for a HRIS Data and Reporting Coordinator.
You will be a key team player helping to lay the foundation for HR Data and Analytics. In this role, you will provide first line support to manage, analyze and maintain our HR data. This position will report into the Global Head of People Culture Operations.
What you will do:
Partner with Global P C team to provide input into new HR data processes, prioritize projects/enhancements, map business processes, implement creative and effective solutions that will shape the way H K operates now and into the future.
Data Reporting:
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance and system audits.
Manage security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms.
Assist with building a HRIS data roadmap to ensure organizational readiness for Workday implementation in 2024/2025
Act as subject matter expert for HRIS system including training and advising HR staff of proper workflow steps and documentation
Collaborate with Global Strategy team to support the building of global Talent metrics and benchmarking within Talent information systems.
Produce standard and customized reports for HR and organization. Some reports maybe created for scheduled release, while some maybe ad hoc requests from leaders.
Ensures that records, files, and electronic tracking systems are maintained accurately to ensure compliance according to company and regulatory policies and procedures
Create audit reports to monitor, measure, and report on data accuracy and integrity across HRIS systems and Job Architecture.
Timely uploads of file feeds for various HR systems and platforms
Support the development of HR reporting strategies by assessing business requirements against system capabilities and prioritizing solutions based on business needs.
Create custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
Provide data support for special projects such as Job Architecture, Compensation and Employee Engagement surveys.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience, preferably in Human Resources or Business Analytics.
1-3 years previous HRIS and data management experience
Skilled at operating in a complex, cross-functional organization where your team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across many disciplines
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with ability to manage several projects and tasks at the same time.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, x and y lookups) and Power BI (a plus), data management and data integration skills with an ability to organize, analyze and correlate data information.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and effectively present information and respond to questions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change.
