Summary
The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to the Director of Law Student Recruiting and Director of Lateral Talent and Growth Strategy in their efforts to recruit quality candidates to join the firm.
Responsibilities
Provide organizational support for all on-campus recruiting initiatives and the summer associate program
Aid in the engagement of, and relationship building with, law schools and student groups
Coordinate on-campus Interviews (OCI), including but not limited to, OCI registration, interviewer selection, on-campus event planning, and communication with school teams
Work with recruiting assistant to schedule interviews and second visits for summer associate and lateral candidates
Oversee follow-up and tracking of summer associate and lateral candidates
Create and manage student and lateral candidate profiles and statuses in the LawCruit database
Assist in planning and executing the summer associate program, including on-boarding, managing project submissions, and maintaining evaluations
Assist with lateral hiring, including lateral associates and partners and judicial clerks
Coordinate 3L and LL.M. hiring
Other responsibilities as they are assigned by the Director of Law Student Recruiting and Director of Lateral Talent and Growth Strategy
Qualifications
Must have strong interpersonal skills and collaborative abilities
Experience should demonstrate solid organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically and maintain confidentiality
Experience with database management
