This position was created to help get the department up to speed as the company has grown exponentially in the last 5 yearsMaintain employee personnel files and included hire/termination date, attendance information, performance record, and payroll history information Manage workers compensation process from beginning to end (reporting, tracking, managing)Assist with all aspects of payroll responsibilities using ADP WorkforcePerform on-boarding activities as neededOther clerical duties as requested.
