Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Corporate and local office with any needed assistance to ensure the smooth coordination and delivery of care while meeting financial objectives.
Maintains office at regulation level. To include, organization, ordering medical office supplies.
Actively involved in organizing the workings of the branch. Has experience in organization, paperwork, HR, payroll distribution, and motivating others to be timely and urgent.
Maintains a high standard of Customer Service through resolving issues timely and implementing programs/concepts that focus on service.
Basic understanding of accounting.
Knowledge of agency policies, regulations, and procedures.
Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
Identifying problems and recommending solutions.
Prepare and maintain written records, reports, and responding to correspondence timely.
Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures.
Good communication skills.
Maintain a culture of Urgency, Team Focus, and organization allowing the Executive Director, Account Executives, and CM’s to be out in the communities representing Harmony.
Assist in carrying out the Branch Marketing Plan and individual Product Marketing Plan in the community.
Work with Human Resources in interviewing and hiring all staff including nurses, therapists, case managers, and effectively manage them according to agency policy.
Coordinates with human resources to ensure completion of all records required for employee files. Updates employees in regard to compliance items coming due and sends items to the HR department.
Make sure that all parts of the referral/admit process is handled smoothly, and according to the policies and procedures.
Make sure that all paperwork is received timely and is reviewed timely and accurately prior to acceptance and scanned in and sent to the appropriate departments by end of business day.
Implement any new policies from the Executive Director
Complete performance evaluation for branch personnel according to agency policy with direction from Executive Director as assigned.
Assist Executive Director with monthly staff meetings.
Attend required meetings and participated in committees as requested.
Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.
Maintain patient and employee confidentiality.
Perform related work as required.
Ensure that all employees follow all **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. & Hospice policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned
