**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a program manager to join our dynamic and visionary corporate learning and development team that is leading the way with strategic programs that set our employees, leaders and business up for success by driving a growth mindset culture, visionary leadership, and operational excellence. The Pure Learning Program Manager is responsible for managing Pure’s global, corporate-wide end-to-end learning solutions that enable our employees to develop their skills, grow their careers, and drive Pure’s success. This person will bring innovative and effective learner-centric approaches and experiences to life
that are aligned to Pure’s business priorities and grounded in industry best practices. You possess
technical savvy, a big-picture vision, superb project management and prioritization skills and the drive and bias for action to make that vision a reality. You possess an understanding of adult learning theory principles and are able to balance responsibilities as a learning experience and program manager.
You are comfortable managing projects end-to-end, and you are excited to support the growth of the Pure culture through the development of high leverage programs.
This position will also have the opportunity to develop and facilitate content and programs.
This role reports directly into the head of Pure’s corporate Learning and Development team.
What You Bring

In this role, you’ll be part of an inclusive and engaging working environment and will collaborate extensively with other members of the innovation-focused L&D team, business stakeholders, and external vendors and partners.
Responsibilities:
Interact with global HR and functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans as well as budget and staffing plans to support the learning needs and opportunities of the organization.
Manage learning projects from needs analysis to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience
Develop and manage the company-wide learning calendar including workshop schedule, formal development programs and other L&D events, and coordinate timing of offerings with annual HR and corporate programs and events
Develop comprehensive communication plans and awareness materials for key programs
Drive innovative approaches to L&D and guide policy/process improvements
Develop, track and report on metrics measuring the efficacy and impact of learning programs, and use data to make recommendations on continued or new investment opportunities
Enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams as well as autonomously
Engage with vendors to measure quality and effectiveness of their deliverables
Onboard new vendors and manage all aspects of vendor relationships such as invoicing, payments and contracting
Work with Finance and other HR leaders within the Employee Communications and Experience team on developing a departmental budget as well as judiciously tracking expenses
Support the development of L&D content as needed and execute with consistent quality and timeliness
Demonstrated experience in creating professional development content in a variety of applications such as eLearning, on-demand, video-instructor-led-training (VILT), instructor-led-training (ILT), blended learning, job aides, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
5 years of experience in a global, fast paced and constantly changing business environment managing end-to-end learning programs
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
Experience administering Workday Learning and managing Zoom features for live training workshops and events
Experience working with various LMS/HR systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Learning)
Experience working with global external training, consulting and coaching providers
Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions.
Strong project management, communication, influencing and analytical skills
Organized and exceptional attention to detail
Able to successfully juggle multiple projects and work with different levels of stakeholders
Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting experience.
Ability to prioritize workload and effectively balance competing priorities in order to meet ambitious deadlines.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred:
Experience with RFP process for assessment of enterprise-level training vendors
Background in instructional design and facilitation
Experience developing and/or facilitating training programs for a variety of audiences
