Additionally, this role manages all human resource related issues for a manufacturing facility with professional, production, technical, and administrative employees. n nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESnStrategic business partner: nn Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team in driving business resultsn Develop and drive talent and organizational development strategies that are aligned with the business strategyn Responsible for reporting on and achieving relevant KPIu2019s nnTalent Management/Development: nn Work with leaders to drive effective performance managementn Support leaders with strong succession and development planning, and provide coaching, planning, and career development as needed at all levels of the business nnTalent Acquisition: nn Responsible for the entire recruitment process and managing third-party partnershipsn Oversee the entire new hire process including pre-employment verifications, training & orientation, employee on-boarding agendas, HR system setup, and benefits enrollment. nnEmployee Relations: nn Drive positive engagement between senior leadership and employees to facilitate an open culture that encourages positive employee relationsn Provide coaching to employees and managers to address interpersonal and behavioral challengesn Lead incident investigationsn Manage preparation and execution of terminations, and other complex employee relation issuesn Drive local diversity and inclusion initiativesnnQualificationsnMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSnn Bacheloru2019s Degree in a relevant field AND 5 or more years of progressive HR experience is required, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.n Must be a u201chands-onu201d professional with a proven knowledge of employee relations, leadership development, training, organizational development, performance management, compliance issues, communications, salaried and hourly staffing, and compensation/benefit administrationnn nDESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESnn Previous experience supporting a LEAN manufacturing environment preferred.n Organizational Steward u2013 Creating a Competitive Advantage through People.
